Semi-Homemade Vegetable Soup

usually i use all fresh ingredients, but this time i went with frozen:
I bought a bag of italian veggies, the "trinity" veggies (bell pepper, onion, celery), and a bag of veggie soup vegetables.

in about 2 tablespoons of evoo i sauteed the Trinty, then added the other veggies and sauteed til warm -- then i added a can of diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, and tomato sauce - then added in salt, pepper, chili seasoning, paprika, oregeno, sage, and cumin (no red pepper this time for the kids)- then added in - a handful of fresh baby carrots and fresh baby spinach - then 2 boxes of beef broth and one box of vegetable broth then simmered for a couple of hours.
i added hot sauce to my individual bowls - Carson had about 5 cups of this soup - It was very delicious!
It would also be good with some small pasta and maybe some browned ground turkey breast.
