Chilean Sea Bass

Chilean Sea Bass on a Roasted Tomato Sauce, Steamed Broccoli, and Wild Rice:

I covered the sea bass in a mixture of garlic pepper, lemon pepper, and paprika sauteed it in a cast iron skillet poured garlic butter over top and broiled in the oven for about 5 minutes. I topped it with a lemon garnish.
my mom had made fabulous roasted tomato soup and i used it as a sauce under the bass.
steam some broccoli, make some rice, plate up and enjoy!
